A warm welcome at the clinic reception desk
Know before you come

Your first visit, step by step

A first appointment is mostly about looking, listening and explaining. There is no obligation to start treatment on the day. Here is how it usually goes.

The six steps

From booking to a plan you agree with

Book

Send the appointment form, call 03-5642135, or message us on WhatsApp. Tell us roughly what you need and a time that suits you.

Arrive and fill a quick health form

Come a few minutes early. We will ask about your medical history, any medication, and what has been bothering you.

Full check and digital scan or x-ray

The dentist checks your teeth, gums and bite. We take a digital scan or a low-dose x-ray only where it adds useful information.

We explain what we see, the options and the cost

You will see the findings on screen. We go through the choices in plain language, with an indicative cost for each one.

We agree a plan together, no pressure

You decide what to do and when. If you want time to think or to check with family, that is fine.

Book the next visit if needed

If treatment is planned, we book the next appointment and give you a written summary of the plan and costs.

You are part of the conversation

We point the screen towards you and talk you through what we are looking at. If something needs attention, we explain why, what happens if you wait, and what the options are.

  • Ask as many questions as you like
  • Tell us if anything feels uncomfortable and we will pause
  • Nothing is booked or charged without your say-so

Options and cost

Clear numbers before you decide

After the check, you get an indicative cost for each option, not just a single figure. Where a treatment has stages, we set out the cost of each stage and when it falls due.

If a plan runs over several visits, we note what can wait and what should be done sooner, so you can pace it in a way that works for you.

While you wait

A calm wait, and everyone welcome

The waiting area is quiet, with space for parents and children. We run to time as best we can, and the front desk will let you know if there is a delay.

Wheelchair access is available, and you are welcome to bring someone with you for support.

Panels and payment

Ways to pay, and help spreading the cost

Medical cards and panels

We accept most major medical cards and corporate panels. Please check with our front desk with your panel details so we can confirm cover before your visit.

Instalment plans

Instalment plans are available for braces, clear aligners and implants. We will explain the schedule and the total before you commit.

Cash, card and e-wallet

Payment by cash, card and e-wallet. You will get a receipt for every payment, itemised by treatment.
