We started because too many people were handed a house they never really got to shape. We do it the other way around.
Our story
Twelve years of homes on Kelantan land
ZAM Construction was set up in Kota Bharu in 2013. Before that, the founder spent years running residential sites for other firms and kept seeing the same problem. Families would buy or inherit land, then hand the whole thing to a contractor and hope for the best. The house that came back was rarely the house they had in their head.
So we built the company around the planning stage. Land, needs, budget, a concept you can see in 3D, a cost you agree to, then a build run by our own people. Design and build under one roof, so nobody can point a finger at somebody else when a question comes up.
Since then we have handed over more than 80 homes across Kelantan, from compact single storey family houses to double storey bungalows, plus renovations and extensions on homes that just needed more room.

The cheapest time to change your mind is before anything is built. That is why we spend real effort on the concept, the layout and the 3D views. By the time the crew arrives, the hard choices are already made and agreed.

On site
Our own supervision, start to finish
Once the build starts, the same company that drew your plans is the one on the ground. Our site manager runs the crews through foundation, structure, roofing and finishes, and sends you regular updates so you are never guessing.
